1. The service

Ricambio (operated by Sicilia Build S.r.l.s. Unipersonale — Via Angelo Cavarra 144, 96017 Noto (SR), Italy — VAT IT02180560894) generates vehicle parts sheets from the information you provide: a job description, vehicle data, or a logbook photo. Where possible, each sheet proposes a Standard and an Upgraded option per item, with indicative prices, part codes and links to external catalogues.

Sheets are generated with the help of artificial intelligence. They are a professional support tool, not an official catalogue: prices and availability are indicative and part codes may contain errors. Part compatibility must always be verified before ordering — on the supplier's catalogue, via the OEM number, or physically on the vehicle. Ricambio does not sell parts and is not a party to any transaction with linked suppliers.

2. Free trial and subscription

Free trial: 3 full photo searches in total, no expiry, no credit card, subject to email verification. The trial is personal and limited to one per person/workshop.

Subscription: €49 + VAT per month, unlimited searches under normal use with a fair-use ceiling of 15 photo searches per day (see point 3), unlimited users of the same workshop, no minimum term. Payment is processed by Stripe at subscription and at each monthly renewal. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal: the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew after. No pro-rata refunds for the current month, except where required by law.

If you are a consumer (a natural person acting outside a professional activity), by requesting immediate activation you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that, once provision has begun, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies within the limits of applicable consumer law.

3. Fair use

The API key is personal (to the person or workshop): it must not be published, resold or shared outside the workshop. Mass automated use, scraping, reselling sheets as a service, or any use that degrades the service for others is not permitted. Technical rate limits apply; in case of abuse we may suspend or revoke the key, giving notice where reasonably possible.

4. Affiliate links and commissions

Sheets may contain links to external catalogues (for example eBay, or AUTODOC via the Awin network). If you buy through these links we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you; where that happens, it is disclosed on the sheet. The purchase relationship (prices, availability, shipping, returns, warranty) is exclusively between you and the seller.

5. Liability

Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, Sicilia Build S.r.l.s. Unipersonale's liability for damages arising from use of the service is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event. We are not liable for orders placed without the compatibility verification described in point 1, nor for indirect damages (vehicle downtime, lost profit). Nothing in these terms limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is", without a guarantee of continuous availability; we do our best to keep it running and to give notice of significant interruptions. We may change features and these terms: substantial changes will be announced on the site or by email with reasonable notice, and continued use counts as acceptance. If a change does not suit you, you can cancel before it takes effect.

7. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with professionals, the courts of the operator's registered seat have jurisdiction; for consumers, the venue provided by law applies. For personal data, see the privacy policy.
